Possible to change / add a graphic card on my laptop?

Hi Everyone!

I have a question. I'm using 2 laptops right now, one of them is a Mac, and the other one is a PC. I need help for my PC.

So, basically, I normally live in Australia, Melbourne. Just got back to Hong Kong for a bit since I'm on vacation. I would like to know where and how and if it's possible to get a new graphic card for my laptop. I'm a big gamer, and my laptop is not that powerful to run some games. So here's what's in my PC.

Laptop Model: Lenovo B590

Windows Edition: Windows 7 Professional (Will install my Windows 8 once I get back home)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz

Installed Memory: 8GB (7.57 GB usable) - normally came with a 4 GB, but asked an upgrade to 8 GB

Graphic Card: ?????

So, that's it. I need to know if there's a way to switch my graphic card to a good one, and I would like to know where and how much I can get it for, like a shop in Computer Center or something in Wan Chai or anywhere else.

I'm willing to pay good money as long as my laptop is able to run Arma II DayZ mod (in high graphic), Arma III (in high or medium graphic) and BF4.

It doesnt have a graphics card right now. It has an integrated intel hd graphics.

Nope. Not possible. Only select gaming laptop models allows for graphic card upgrades. They usually cost at least $1,400 and as stated, only specific models. Even a $3,000 gaming laptop may not allow you to upgrade the graphics card.
