eat greens, eat alot of fiber, low-fat foods, lean means such as lean deer, lean chicken, lean beef, etc.

eat alot of veggies, and make shur u exercise well, 30 minutes of walking per day as a minimum.

To keep your self fit and young diet is very helpful. Add some raw veggies, fresh fruits, juices and organic food in your diet and avoid from soda bottles. Also avoid from oily things.
