Was it a good deal? gtx680 $275

So I recently decided to upgrade my videocard from a radeon 5850 to a gtx 680 (used), will it run battlefield 4 on ultra 1080p?
I payed exactly 275$ for it. Was it an alright deal or did i payed too much?

Mostly but which some of the eye candy turned off and it also depends on the cpu.

is the cpu good enough for bf4? or do i have to upgrade that too.

A gtx770 is just a rebranded 680 with higher clock speeds but upgrade to it only if u can extend ur budget to 305-309$.
However, if u spend 309$,wait and think of getting a R9 280x.

However,u would likely be bottlenecked by your cpu. Try to get something like the R9 270x/gtx760.

So 300$+ for the 770/r9 280x which is similar to 680 but the 680 is 275$... wouldnt it be better to save 25$? or...
also, will the 680 be able to run 1080p games other than battlefield 4 smoothly?

No he won't be bottlenecked by his CPU it is still sufficient for playing high end games such as bf4.

If you have enough money upgrade your CPU I'd personally get an FX 8320 and a m5a97 r2.0

And the gtx 680 will run all game 1080p @ ultra settings very smoothly.

He would be bottlenecked if he gets a gtx680/770/280x. A 680 can max out BF4 at 1080p with some of the eye candy features at low.

Did u meant that a gtx680 can run crysis or not?
yes it can max upto crysis 2 but struggles while playing crysis 3. Even two gtx680's have problems in maxing out the game. U can play at ultra but you would have to keep the AA setting at 2xMSAA and some other eye candy options little high from very high.
