i7 4770k with asus z87M-plus micro atx?

Hey guys, I want some opinions if the asus z87M motherboard is good and reliable and will it go well with the i7 4770k. Also when I overclock the CPU, is this motherboard good with it?

Looks good. Only thing missing form that mobo is SLI support. And for OC you need good cpu cooler.

If OC is not so important then look for Xeon 1230V3 This xeon is like 4770 but no iGPU.
It do have HT + 8treads. Best buy Intel cpu because it is cheap. i7 for a price of i5.
