8 gb and AMD A6 3650 Processor

I'd say that's a good upgrade. You should get the 4670k though. It's only a few extra dollars more and you can overclock in the future if you choose too. The motherboard you chose supports it. Don't forget to add a new cpu cooler if you decide to overclock.
