MSI B85 vs GIGABYTE B85

Hi guys,i am building a new pc and i have chosen all the hardware except motherboard...i am between:

MSI B85-G43

Gigabyte Ga-B85-HD3

For me these two motherboards have the same price...i know they are pretty much the same stuff...so i want your opinion to help me choose...what is better?what is more reliable?

Quality Control - get more trouble calls on their mobos then any 2 other manufacturers put together, ports that go bad (USB, SATA, ethernet), Slots going bad (PCI, PCI-E, DRAM), wireless, etc....most manufacturers QC their mobos every so many or so, seems like MSI only does extremely few

I'm a big fan of MSI but in this case, I have to admit that the Gigabyte board has some advantages, such as S/PDIF in and out, and dual BIOS support. Otherwise, both boards share the same features.
