basically all 3 have a similar price point at the moment, with the gtx 770s offering a 3 game bundle (not a huge selling point for me) and the r9 280x being sold out

Get the Toxic for the same reasons stated, but with better cooling.

the msi is 5 dollars cheaper and the evga is 5 dollars more

Between the third i would choose the r9 280x because of the price and the upcoming "Mantle" but the GTX 770 would be the fastest cause its superclocked + acx cooling.
