Why get a z87 motherboard with a CPU you can't over clock other then that a 7.5

Do not buy that cooler. Get an equivalently priced air cooler and get better cooling and quieter operation.

Cougar is NOT known for good power supplies. Get a good manufacturer PSU of around 550W-600W.

If you plan on overclocking, which i assume, since you have a cooler and Z87 board chosen, then you need a 4670K CPU to overclock, NOT the normal 4670.

all seem fine but for combination of Motherboard and CPU its a bit handy , i.e. because Mobo chosen is an Overclocking purpose mobo while CPU is without an unlocked Multiplier (k) so either choose 4670k or change mobo and save some $$$
