Soo i want to play furture games right? Maybe in the next year untill i get a job and able to max it out but...

Athlon II x4 3.2Ghz
4GB DDR3 RAM (I know ill have to upgrade this!)
Asus Radeon HD 7750 1GB GGR5, This is the one i need to upgrade! so In the time 2014, i am going to upgrade my GPU, But with a budget of about £100-£160.

So any help, maybe a GPU on which i can play cod ghosts ultra and GTA 5 Ultra these kind of games

A r9 270 is the best option for you. If you overclock it, it will perform better than a gtx 760
