Simple situation...

GPU: EVGA GTX 650 Ti Boost

Processor: AMD FX-6300 Black Edition, 3.5GHz

MotherBoard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0

Ram: 2 x 2GB Kingston DDR3, PC3-10600 (1333MHz), CL9

Monitor: Monitor LED Gateway de 21.5", Resolución 1920 x 1080

...I'll be playing games like: Planetside 2, TERA, World of Warcraft MOP, BF4, Skyrim....
Only plan for a single monitor 1920 x 1080...

Should I get the 2gb or 1gb?

While 2GB will give you more headroom if you increase monitor resolution, or go for more than one monitor, the 1GB will be sufficient for what you are using it for at the moment. Look around the websites, though, as at present you can get some very good deals on 2GB models for very little more than 1GB.

R9 270x 2gb variant will be cheaper and has the same performance output as 7870 so I'd recommend a r9 270x instead. And do not get the reference model, always get a custom cooler model otherwise your card will boil from inside.
