I think you have a solid build there. I think basic overclocking is a possibly with your solution. I would cut out the Corsair fan for now get a feel for the acoustics and the air flow before you add fans. Just my feeling on the matter. Also, I would advise in getting the GD65 over the GD45 mainly due to the LED Post indicator. When you run into a issue with your post it will tell you why you won't have to discern a beep to know what is going on. The GD45 does not have a POST LED. To me the premium is worth it. To you it may not be. Also, I agree with the SSD addition go with a SSD like the 120 GB EVO. Overall Solid build sir/miss.
