Resolution randomly changed and i can't get it back to the resolution i originally had

So this random thing happened to me where i was watching something on youtube and my monitors switched and all the sudden my smaller monitor became the main display so i reverted it, my smaller monitor was fine but my main monitor went a bit strange, normally i'd have it at 1440 x 900 but when i tried to change it back to 1440 x 900 the option wasn't there on screen resolution page instead it came up with a load of random resolutions such as 2048 x 1536 and a load more, the closest i could to 1440 x 900 i could use was 1366 x 768 which was also an odd number, my graphics card is fine and i really want it to get back to 1440 x 900.

note, 1440 x 900 is the max resolution for my monitor

Did u tired to update ur Graphic card drivers?

tats the problem....if u want to use dual monitor....u need 2 DVI monitor for Smooth performance
