I am using a Asus Z-87A motherboard with an corsair H100i.

I hooked up two radiator fans and two case fans to the h100i with the included cables. I also plugged in the mini usb into a usb header onto the motherboard. I also connected it into the cpu fan header.

I've also downloaded all the drivers required for the motherboard.

When I go into the BIOS, speedfan, corsair link, asus fan xpert it only shows up as one fan.

How do I get it to differentiate the fans? Please help!

Thanks in advanced.

The early versions of Ai Suite 3 for this Motherboard were not compatible with the Bios (and therefore Fan Xpert2 didn't work). To fix the problem you need to uninstall Ai Suite 3. Then download their Ai Suite Cleaner for Ai Suite 3(Here: http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?34503-AI-Suite-III-Cleaner ). Boot into Safe Mode. Run the Cleaner (right click on the file and run as an Administrator.) Reboot and install version 1.00.56 (find it here: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z87A/#support => under Utilities. And then you should be Golden! ;)

Hey Jim,

Thanks for your response, but I am still only seeing one fan speed under fan xpert. Do you have any other suggestions?

I'm using 2 noctua NF-F12 which have 4 pin connectors and 2 case fans from the Fractal design define R4 which have 3 pin connectors. I connected them to the h100i. And the h100i is connected to the motherboard.

I'll rephrase:

Which onboard headers are the fans connected to - IE as in which fans do you have connected to the CPU fan headers and which of the onboard headers IS showing up in Fan Xpert?

I assume you did update to the latest AI Suite as well?
