Random Freezes On my New PC

Built a new Pc Few days back still using my Phenom 2 x4 965 3.4ghz Processor updated my motherboard/ram/psu/gpu/ ever since i have had problems of random freezes mainly while playing games but not always during sometimes during net browsing sometimes doing nothing have been through temps dont think thats it have returned and got new ram so i dont think thats it either pretty sure its the mother board just looking for some more opinions also my gpu has passed multiple benchmarks for 1-2hours at a time without crashing usually it only crashes when my system is stressed mainly the motherboard

update your bios and do a complete driver sweep and re install the latest ones.

keep an eye no the cpu/gpu temps as well as usage
