Need some help! My GPU stopped working

So today my computer was working fine, when i got a blue screen while in game. After restart, at windows loading, again a blue screen came up. So after a 2nd restart the resolution became 800x600. After that, i reinstalled Windows, and tried to update the videocard in the Device Magager. A messagebox came up that it is up to date, but it removed my GPU from the list and it only lists Standard VGA. I downloaded Nvidia Control Panel, but it doesn't even start.

My GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 460.

The mouse is now lagging, when i open something it comes up late etc. The GPU gets energy
