Around medium, sure. High/ultra? Doubt it.
Maybe at 720p.
It's a $400 build, I wouldn't expect much.
It'd be just fine for old games though.

-Better quality psu. The semi-modular versions of the CX series use higher quality capacitors, definitely worth the extra money.
-Cheaper case, but it's fine at this budget. I've worked in this case for a $400 build, it's very nice for the price.
