How do i make a Steam Machine(gaming pc) 600$

i know how to build but which parts theres this link http://store.steampowered.com/steamos/buildyourown
but it doesnt help thats just my requirments please help
budget is from 600 to 650 it would be nice to have a monitor and windows 7 in there

So $375-$450 for the actual parts. The OS and monitor are pretty much fixed prices.

Personally, I'd wait until SteamOS is actually finished before building a PC around it.
