I'm upgrading my CPU, for gaming. Not heavy gaming (otherwise I would go with at least intel i5) but just a small budget. I have an EVGA GTX 650, not the Ti edition, and it is the 1GB edition. Also, I will be using 8GB ram. Not sure about motherboard yet. What are the best choices?

Don't choose:
Intel i3-3220
Intel i3-4130

Can't get those. So far my main possibilities (for the value) are:

AMD Athlon X4 750K
Intel Pentium G3220
Intel Pentium G2020
Intel Pentium G860

So what's the best CPU? (doesn't have to be one mentioned above)

If you could stretch to $110 then the FX 6300.

Out of the ones you've chosen the 750k/760k. With an FM2+ motherboard.

What do you think has better performance per dollar, 750k or 760k?

Not sure of the prices where you live but I'd go with the 760k. Newer cores (Richland vs Virgo) and higher clock speed.

The 760k is definitely worth the extra $10 over the 750k

One more thing: I saw that the CPU has high power consumption. If I have 8Gb ddr3 memory, a 100w cpu, and a 400w gpu, would I be ok with a 550w power supply? I know it adds up to be less, but shouldnt you have reserve?
