Good Day, im here to ask a question;
Generally, i have a 600Watts PSU(Orion model and is very cheap, ony about 15$)
And my PC specs:
- Intel Core i3 2120 3.3ghz
- Palit GT 630 (to be replaced)
- Asus p8h77-m pro
- Hitachi 500GB sata hard drive
- 2 sticks 4gb ram (to be upgraded to 4 sticks 8gb for a total of 32gb)
- 1 dvd rom
No cooling unit, just fans
Now Questions are:
1. As seen above, im gonna upgrade my video card to EVGA GTX 660 (not ti). but im not sure about my PSU, maybe by the time I overclock it, the card might be damaged, Question is can I upgrade the video card to gtx 660 with that Power supply without damaging?
According to this http://www.extreme.outervision.com/index.jsp
my current pc's recommended PSU is 247watts
and if I upgraded, it will be 347
again, will this PSU hanlde this
again thanks for the answers )
And One more, I dont know the certification of this PSU whether if it is 80+ or whatever, thats why im asking. BTW thanks thanks thanks
