my intent is to get this build before the end of the new year

the build

while assembly isn't my issue ... bang for the buck is, I also have a few issues with maximizing parts with others outside of basic compatibility.

my major points of concern are
the 760, 770 or 780 , am I over kill on the mobo, power supply, cooling and monitor

the majority of my gaming is WoW...however I do some 1st person shooters and a minor in video editing (nothing major w/ editing)

please toss me some input on where to save a few bucks from over kill.... or add a few to pull it all together

thank you for your time

What I would do for the case and cpu cooler is this: Cooler Master 690 III w/Seidon 120V Water Cooling System for $129.98 after shipping...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119289

The parts list and case together come up to $1417.86 shipped. The SSD might be a fuzz slower than the one you picked, but I think you'll like the 240GB of space more.

-Cheaper motherboard. The Asus Z87-A should be enough for your needs.
-Hyper 212 EVO is cheaper and should cool just as well as the H55.
-Cheaper case and psu. The 400R and XFX 850w psu are still excellent products. Buy them at NCIX, NCIX has free shipping for orders over $200.

Do you really need two optical drive?
Personally, I would rather go with a 23-24" 1080p IPS monitor at around ~$150 instead of a 144hz TN panel.
