what 2 cpu's are they? there's more than just speed that goes into what cpu is better. I assume its phenom II x6 and a fx 4300. in that case get the fx 6300 since its the same price. but thats just me assuming its a phenom II x6 and a fx 4300. you probably dont need the upgrade anways though

Yes what specific models are you talking about? One has to be a Phenom II x6 1045t, but what is the other? FX 4170? FX 4350?

Oh dam an eight Core o.o Do you think I will see a bigger performance in the 3.5Ghz? Does the amount of cores make a difference? I just don't know wut to get yet but I need something that can process a lot for my games. I just bought the r9 280x 3gb & was told my processor is bottle necking my pc a bit, I see a huge difference in graphics but in some games like minecraft I can tell my processor isn't doing well.

If you can afford the $139 8 core, get it. If not, get the $109 FX 6300 6 core. Either would be a good upgrade.
