I'm new to building PCs. How is this for gaming?

I'm deciding to build a gaming PC with a £770 budget.
I've had help from others on a different forum I frequent in picking out my parts.

I would geuss it would run just about any game on high or ultra 1080p at a good frame rate.

It's just that I'm a bit wary as I'm going to be spending this much on a build and it being the first time I've done this.

Everything looks good to me but you might want to add an after market heat sink so you can overclock or just run a little bit cooler.

I know.
I spoke to some other people about getting one and was told that it's a good idea, but not vital as it'll just keep it cooler than what it'll be already. I'll likely add one in some time later though.
