GTX 460 vs GTX 780 Superclocked

How much of a performance jump would we be looking at here going from a 460 to 780?

About twice as much power If you can afford it that would be the best thing you could do, but why not a R9 290x or R9 290 with a SSD?

Would be good with this system and you can use the GPU to its maximum and it will perform a lot better than the GTX 460.
