Will Two GeForce GTX770 running in SLI handle Ultra settings and 2560x1440@60fps for most games?

As the question say.

If so, would Asus PB278Q be a suitable monitor for my below mentioned parameters?

If not, what other would you recommend with the following requirements:

Budget: Not really, but €1.000 is max I guess and preferably closer to €500 if possible
I want a 2560x1440 or even better 2560x1600

I am not a hard-core gamer nor pretending to be one :) and hardly ever play FPS-games (so ultra low ms is not very important), but I play a lot of simulations, strategy games, sport games and some hack and slash and also need a screen that are suitable for graphical design.

And also how well would a single GTX770 perform at 1440p and ultra in case I want to use the other GPU for something else at the same time?

I voted the time delay, considering you have a delay on your internet of at least 30ms on average does the extra 3ms really mean anything?

The GTX 770 would almost be able to hold 1440p @60fps and two would be a 100% on almost anything, including Buggyfield 4. My HD 7850' crossfired do high with no AA at @60fps @1440p so those are more powerful than them too.
