Gaming Rig 2014 - balanced?

Hello!

Christmas is comming and i decided to put together a nice gaming build.

Here is what i came up with:

Cpu: INTEL i5 4670K
Mobo: ASUS Maximus Gene VI
Gpu: ASUS GTX 770
Ram: 8GB G.Skill TridentX 2400MHz CL10
SSD: Samsung 830 128GB
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB
PSU: Corsair TX850
Case: Xigmatek Elysium

Do you guys think this is balanced build?

Would you change anything?

looks good, but i think the ram is a bit of an overkill (depending on what you do)

Gaming, mostly... CPU will be water cooled and OCed. Well, price difference between 1600 and 2400 MHz ram is like 3%... So its a no brainer, i can always downclock it and set lower latencies. I plan on playing BF4 a lot!
