^That is the link to the page with both cards. Would it be worth it to get the GDDR5 or just go for the DDR3? Right now I've got integrated graphics, but decent processor and RAM.

CPU: Intel Core I5-3340
RAM: 8GB DDR3
OS: Windows 8, 64 bit
GPU: Intel HD Graphics (Integrated)

I'm also looking for something within $100, not trying to go all out on this machine because it wouldn't be worth it in the long run. Any thought?

The card with the DDR5 is most definetly the one to get as the DDR5 will make the card perform much faster. It means that it's also the newer version of the card. All the other cards listed on that page are DDR5.
