Which brand should I buy a 270X Toxic from?

So the original 270X runs hot and loud and apparently the Toxic edition is designed to turn that down but what brand is a good brand to get it from?

"Toxic" = Sapphire. Generally with AMD cards Sapphire is the preferred brand.

Other brands will have 270x's with enhanced cooling & reduced noise, but they won't call them Toxic.

Because the r9 270x toxic version is made by Sapphire, every brand has their own GPU versions. In general they have good quality components and are a reliable brand.

I posted you 3 reviews for the toxic in your other topic, I have the GPU myself because I liked how the GPU is produced and it was even reduced a bit and I could not withstand it .

First of all the Devil edition is also good, but it is slower than the toxic (not much). The Toxic produces a lot less heat, is more quiet (also not much) and in general you can overclock it more than the devil version which indicates in general better quality components.

The case I have picked out supports up to 450MM cards so am good there but will the 3 fans it comes with be enough to keep it cool?

Yes of course, they are powerful fans and 3 fans are better than 1 or 2 which most brands prefer.
