Do you think I should Upgrade my CPU?

I am asking this now because I can get this for $20 off rite now & its an 8 core http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113285

The CPU I have now is an AMD Phenom II X6 1045T which was discontinued :/ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819106012

I am upgrading my motherboard & to windows 8 but idk if I should upgrade my CPU or not, I heard the AMD+ Socket Motherboard is compatible with AMD CPUs, if that's not true I will have to upgrade.

Do you think its worth the upgrade? & Will I see a difference in performance?

You don't need to upgrade, but the 8320 will be a lot better, there will be a large improvement in performance.

Yes the FX 6300 would be a pretty good upgrade, the FX 8320 would be even better.
