Upgrading my Optiplex 780 Graphics card. Need some help.

PSU: 305W Standard

Graphics Card: Intel(R) Q45/Q43 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)

RAM: 4.0 GB DDR3 SDRAM - Non-ECC 1333.0 MHz

Is the case standard height? is it a small form factor like a half case? http://www.dell.com/us/business/p/optiplex-780/pd - shows the sizes, the card u linked will work for a regular desktop case or slimline case, what are u looking to do that u want to replace the graphics card?

In your situation you can upgrade up to 7750 using your power supply.
Now 5450 is like 10% upgrade from embedded video chip - it is good upgrade if you want to watch HD movies, this is it, no gaming. Your choice will easy fit in your box.
So what is the purpose of your upgrade, if I may ask?

Cant afford anything over 40 bucks. If there is, Where can I get a better and cheaper graphics card for under $40?
