Custom builder/gamer here- upgrading from phenom 1055t to i5 4670k. Would like some advice on setting everything up correctly for best speed- possible overclocking configurations etc... Reusing some parts- i'll post specs below:

New:
intel i5 4670k
BIOSTAR Hi-Fi Z87X 3D LGA 1150 Intel Z87

Reused:
G.SKILL Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
Geforce gtx 560
corsair force 3 ssd (boot drive)
corsair h60 liquid cpu cooler
corsair 750m power supply (just replaced last month)

I think overclocking intel is different then AMD so all advice etc would be great!! Also, I'm concerned that I didn't set up my ssd correctly last time in I installed win7. What settings in bios/windows should I make sure to pay attention to get maximum performance. Furthermore- how far do you think I could push the RAM?

and if ya'll have questions about overclocking AMD- I'd be happy to share my experience with you. I've been running my phenom 1055t (stock 2.8ghz) at 3.8 ghz for nearly 3 years 24/7-

Thanks so much- look forward to replies!

Pass Mark performance tests are insane!!

Just wanted to update: everything is installed- on stock cooler until intel bracket arrives for liquid cooling. My new system is off the charts fast. Using intel extreme tuning utility i've pushed it to 4.2- waiting after i install new cooler to push it farther- also got a new samsung ssd as the boot drive-( I know a guy)- faster then the force 3. Really impressed by my memory performace-
