I will start with only 1 GPU but plan on adding a second one later. Also I will OC. Im located in USA.

The main components of the build would be this:
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-Z87MX-D3H Micro ATX

Now what would be a good PSU to stay in a safe area. It cant measure more than 180mm. I looked at this ones.
Cooler Master V850 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171079&Tpk=Cooler%20Master%20V850
XFX P1-850B-BEFX 850W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207028

SeaSonic Platinum SS-860XP2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151111&Tpk=SeaSonic%20Platinum%20SS-860XP2

Thanks!

With the exception of the cooler master, any of those psu's will be fine, but you may want to move up to 1kw as 850w is the minimum you will need for sli.

Is there a particular reason you want to sli the 780? There's not much out there that's better than the 780 and running two, IMO, is not going to give you much more performance unless you are planning on very high res multi-monitors.

Actually all those choices are good including the Coolermaster V850 which is a Seasonic made and had an excellent review fron jonnyguru.
And since the XFX & the AX860 are also Seasonic built, you have a good list to choose and they have plenty
of +12v amps for a sys with 2 780's, no need to go higher.

Since the 1st two are considerably less expensive than the 3rd & 4th, you can save some $$ by selecting one of those.

Forgot to add the monitor would be a 27'' 1440p

The monitor doesn't affect PSU usage as it's plugged into a wall socket, and looks like you allowed for the
extra resolution(2560x1440) by selecting a gtx 780 up front.
