Should i replace stock Asus Thermal Paste?

Simply, i have just bought an Asus AMD Radeon R9 280X DirectCU II TOP OC.

I have also bought some Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste,

Should i replace the Asus paste as soon as i get the card before installing the gpu or is it not worth it?

I can always save the Arctic for a later date (right?).

Edit: i plan on using the Asus cooler, so i would remove it, apply the Arctic, and then put the cooler back on.

do not open the stock cooler and apply an after market paste just for the sake of it....you can always do that later if you need to.

you will find the difference of a couple of degrees for sure (but how will you know if you start off with the arctic silver right from the start)
