I have a custom modification pc which I bought from my friends 3 years ago. My pc specs are:

-Intel Core i7 870 @ 2.93Ghz (overclocked to 3.38Ghz)
-16GB DDR3 Kingston HyperX 1866 (2 x 8GB)
-MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 480
-Currently 2TB Western Digital HDD 7200rpm
-Asus Maximus III Formula motherboard
-Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
-PSU 700 Watt CM Silent

Currently I use the 2TB Western Digital HDD 7200rpm which have the Windows on it. The problem is when I've installed the 1TB HDD Samsung 7200rpm to my pc, it stuck at loading the Windows. It loads windows very slow and freeze half way of it. If I remove the 1TB HDD Samsung from my pc, the freeze problem disappear. I need the 1TB HDD because my currently 2TB HDD are now full (no more free space available). Please help me.

Thanks for that. Is there any other problem besides my 1TB HDD?

i don't think so... as you said that "The problem is when I've installed the 1TB HDD Samsung 7200rpm to my pc, it stuck at loading the Windows. It loads windows very slow and freeze half way of it. If I remove the 1TB HDD Samsung from my pc, the freeze problem disappear." on that alone the problem is obvious the 1TB HDD is beginning to breakdown. that why i told you to run a diagnostic on it. please use the diagnostic software from the manufacturer of your drive.. (ie seagate=seatools, etc.)
