Forgot to mention my specs:
case: zalman Z5
CPU: amd fx 6300
graphics card: haven't decided yet, probably a gtx 760 or a 280x
RAM: 2x4gb corsair Vengeance
power supply: corsair CX 600

side note: the reason I want a low profile CPU cooler is because I'm afraid a cooler master Hyper 212 EVO won't fit. Better safe than sorry right? Also, my budget limit for a CPU cooler is £35

also noted the best cooler you could get that will easily fit in your case

your case width is 20cm roughly so take away about 3-4cm from inside you have barely enough room to get a 16cm cooler mine is rougly same size and barely fitted the cooler it was practically touching my other side of the case

so s524 would be your best cooler to fit inside as its 10cm tall
