Hey guys I need to upgrade my video card on my new computer, it came with a mere 460w psu, i was looking into this one

http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7850414

you guys this this is be able to handle the gtx760?

Im not really very computer savvy and don't feel too comfortable upgrading the psu myself
so another question is, would it really be worth upgrading both my gpu and psu or i could just upgrade to the gtx660 ti which my current 460w psu can run?
is the gtx760 that much better?
thanks

should be more than enough. i'm running a GTX760 using a lowly Corsair CX430M power supply. and it's juuuust fine. works great, no "coil whine" or anything like that, and was very affordable. bought it at Canada Computers when it was on sale / with a rebate.
