Can I make Skyrim look this good with my build?

http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/11/19/skyrim-graphics-mods/

I want to install and run as many mods as I can with my build, without going under 30fps or 20fps during normal gameplay. This is my build:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell 3.5GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80646I74770K

Graphics Card: EVGA ACX Cooler 03G-P4-2784-KR GeForce GTX 780 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card

RAM: G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-1866C9D-8GAB

Motherboard: ASUS Z87-A LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

PSU EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 750W Active PFC ATX12V v2.31/EPS 12V v2.91

So is it possible for me to play SKyrim looking this good with my build?

Yeah you can, i say you can even get 70 mods working. I have 70 mods in my Skyrim on my 660. Runs at 20 FPS, you will probably get 20 more FPS

I had a GTX 580 and an i7-950 and was able to play it at ~40fps with close to 200 mods - 62 of which were graphic enhancement oriented - topped off with an ENB mod (True Vision).. which is why I'm saying he can do this for sure.
