want to buy a new processor

hey guys,
I'm hoping to buy a new processor and i need some ideas of yours to buy the best one,where my budget is around $90.
my following choices are:

Intel pentium G3220 3.0Ghz(4th Generation)

and

core i3 540 3.06GHz

If you guys suggest a good processor than G3220 please indicate.i can add an extra $10-$15 to my budget

For your budget I'd switch to an AMD processor as AMD does well with cheap processors (good performance per dollar). You can get an AMD FX6300 for 110 dollars, and an Athlon ii x4 750K for even less which is a better processor for gaming than the i3 540.

But ofcourse, you need an AMD supported mobo for this so if you're thinking about building a cheap PC, go AMD.
