Need quiet CPU Cooler and PSU for HTPC

I need help picking out a PSU and CPU cooler that will fit in this case and run quiet. Those passive coolers look huge and I don't think they will fit. I am also open to suggestions of changes to other parts.

Thanks for the PSU suggestion, but specs for that cpu cooler say it doesn't support the FM2 socket. I found the Thermalright AXP-100 suggested on another site. It supports FM2 but seems like it might be overkill at $59.99. Are there any other options? Thanks for the info that the case will support a 70mm cooler, I'll look around today myself.

i never trust the retail sites. always go to the manufacturers site . that cpu cooler does support fm2 as i am using one right now on a a8 5600k . http://www.zalman.com/eng/product/Product_Read.php?Idx=...
