nVidia GTX760 falls right in your price range and will match the CPU well.

Gigabyte r9 270x or Gtx 760.

I would be inclined towards gtx 760.

It will run fine on your power supply, even though the model of power supply you have is not the best for a gaming system, it just costs a bit less.

The GTX 760 will use about 160 watts total power at full load, your PSU probably puts out a bit under 500 (despite the 550 in the name), will be plenty.
