Torn between two cards suggestions?

The Radeon R9 270X 2GB is one step up on the hierarchy chart than the Radeon HD 7850 4GB, but has half the memory, so I find myself torn on which to get. I am looking at high settings on MMOs in 1900 x 1080 60fps and video editing. Card price difference in negligible.

What else is in the box?
4,4gig 4core processor
16gb 1866 ram
Samsung 840pro 256gig SSD (OS, Main Game, Editing Software)
16 terabit raid (4x4tb@7200rpm) (deep storage, projects, older games)

r9 270x is the winner here.

Unless you are planning to play on 2500p resolutions soon, or want to edit videos the size of 3k or 4k in which case you could be inclined towards the 7850 because of its bigger VRAM.

If you're interested, you could even go for the Gtx 760, which will give better results for almost the same bucks.

If you are playing at 1080p on 1 monitor, 2gb vram is plenty.
4gb is for the people who want to play on multiple monitor.

You can max out mmo's like World of Warcraft and rts's like League of legends at way above 60 fps.
