Hi there

I'm new to the PC building, in fact this will be my first build i have decided to dip my toe into and would just like some feedback on.

1 - if the parts will all run together
2 - if i have missed any glaringly obvious details
3 - if there are any changes and why.
4- is the case big enough?

I am building this for the next generation of gaming so it will last a good few years with the prospect of adding another graphic card at a later date to extend its life.

*CiT MARS BLUE LED DESKTOP PC GAMING TOWER CASE WITH LCD TEMP DISPLAY - Front USB & HD Audio (Case Only)
*Corsair CML16GX3M2A1600C10 Vengeance Low Profile 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 Mhz CL10 XMP Performance Desktop Memory Kit Black
*Corsair Builder Series CXM 750W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX/EPS PSU
*Intel Core i5 4670K Quad Core Retail CPU (Socket 1150, 3.40GHz, 6MB, Haswell, 84W, Intel Graphics, BX80646I74770, 4th Generation Intel Core, Turbo Boost Technology 2.0)
*Western Digital 1TB internal Hard Drive - Caviar Blue (3.5 inch)
*
Enermax ETS-T40-TB T.B. Silence CPU-K1/4hler (PWM 120mm) f1/4r Sockel 775/1155/1156/1366/2011/AMD/AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+/FM1
*MSI Z87-G45-GAMING ATX Motherboard (Intel Z87, 4x DDR3, DVI, HDMI, 6x USB3.0, GBE LAN, LGA1150 Socket)
*Kingston Technology 120GB Solid State Drive 2.5-inch V300 SATA 3 with Adapter
*MSI Nvidia GTX 780 Gaming 3GB DDR5 PCI-E Graphics Card

Games to play include Dayz Standalone, BF4, Thief, any and all games in the next few years! my laptop plays Dayz now but i want a nice future proofed gaming rig.

I hope someone can just give me the nod to settle my mind!

Many thanks
Dan

You cannot have a gaming PC without a GPU.

Am i getting old, or you skipped it ?

I think you're good to go, unless someone comes along and tells you something else.

Keep in mind, this rig is good enough just for 1080p resolution.

If you ever do decide to game on 2500p in the future, a single card will not be able to handle games that efficiently.
