I have an Inspiron 560 with this http://i.imgur.com/vNev0tM.jpg and I just bought a Club 3D Radeon 7770. Can it handle that card?
More about : dell inspiron 560 300w 7770 upgrade
The HD 7770 requires a 450w power supply to be in the computer and the reason for that is because the manufacturer of the card will not know what you have for a power supply brand so it ups the watt requirement to cover it self.
The power supply that you have is 300w max with 17a on the +12v rail and it has limitations depending on the temps inside the case where the power supply can be reduced to 250w output if it's too warm.
The HD 7770 should draw 80w to 100w while in use and depending on the rest of the computer you may be ok powering that card.

This is not recommended at all.
Here what you have:
Connectors Included:
![]()
24-Pin ATX Motherboard Power Connector (1)
Serial ATA (SATA) Connector (4)
4 Pin ATX +12V Power Connector (1)
Floppy Drive (FDD) Connector (1)
Also, your PSU doesn't have 6 pin GPU power connector, so you would have to look for adapter from Molex 4 pin to GPU 6 pin, usually this adapter combines 2 Molex 4 pin connectors into one 6 pin. You have only one such Molex, so you are out of luck.
So you are looking into PSU upgrade, if interested let us know.

What is the cheapest solution? I don't have money really for the PSU, what can I do?
Only if you have one DVD ROM and one Hard Drive - you will 2 spare SATA power connectors, you can use them to power your card, here is how.
I noticed that you live outside of US - you are purchased Club 3D GPU, so I would show what you need from Amazon UK, if you live elsewhere, you will see at least the adapter you need.
![]()
Startech 6 inch SATA Power to 6-Pin PCI Express Video Card Power Cable Adapter http://www.amazon.co.uk/Startech-Power-6-Pin-Express-Ad...
This will power your card.
BUT, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THIS DIRECTION, BECAUSE YOU MIGHT BURN YOUR POWER SUPPLY AND MOTHERBOARD.
It more like 50/50 chance - you make a choice and you live with consequences of you action.
Good Luck.
Anything else I can help you with?

Will this connector work? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4-Pin-Molex-to-6-Pin-PCI-E-po...
Any of these PSUs suitable?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sumvision-450W-Quiet-Silent-A...
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Silverstone-Strider-ENH-0740G...
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Evo-Labs-400W-ATX-Silent-PC-P...
If any of them are suitable which should I buy, and will I need the converter anyways?

The first link is to a power supply that will work for you without any adaptors , the next two have the watts to power the card but you will need adaptors for the molex connectors and there are several so you will have enough.

Aren't any of the links I posted sufficient?
Are those the cheapest possible PSUs I can buy and what adaptors would I need to buy?
Sorry about all the questions I'm going a bit frantic at the moment.
The links that you posted to power supplies did not include any that had a separate 6 pin connector. If you can get a power supply around 400w that has two molex connectors then you can get a molex to 6 pin adaptor.
No need to be frantic as it will be easy to make a mistake in that condition , all you need to do is look at things calmly and rationally and you will be able to work this out.
You need a power supply that has a 6 pin connector or one that has 3 or 4 molex connectors so you can use an adaptor.
The Silverstone Strider that you linked looks like it may have 3 or 4 molex connectors and you can use that one. They don't list the molex but looking closer it appears it may have several.

The problem is that the Strider has a fan on the top and my PC's fan hole is out the back. Would I be okay with this if I bought it?
There is also a PSU with:
20+4 Pin Main Connectors x 1
P4 4-Pin 12V Connectors x 1
4-Pin Molex Peripheral Connectors x 4
SATA Connectors x 1
Floppy Drive Connectors x 1

Which adapter would I need, is it on ebay?

I bought this. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/121101205045 Has 500W 24 Pin; 4 pin +12V; 1 x 6 pin Pci-e; 3 x SATA; 3 x 4 pin power; 1 x floppy connector. Seems to do the job. Is this right, guys?

You are purchasing so fast.... You just jumping from one type of risk to another - no name power supply is risky, as it can catch fire under load and so on....

Would I be better off with the Silverstone Strider? It is 400W though.

Your Silverstone PSU seems to be very old model, and most likely used, so I would be very cautious about it.
If you decide to go 7750 be sure that you get GDDR5 model, not DDR3, no matter how many GBs DDR3 has!
7750 doesn't require power supply upgrade.
If you were me, I would see if can squeeze extra for new, good parts, if not, I would stay with the best in the class GDDR5 7750.

I would pick the power supply that had the built in 6 pin adaptor simply because I would not want to run a video card on an adaptor.
