RAM Boot problem

Hello, i have a problem with a second RAM. First one is connected to my 4. slot otherwise it do one restart and display is black and if i use second one it do the same. Dont know why. I have a new computer and it do this. maybe i should configure BIOS or i dont know.
MOBA : Z87-G45
Memory : Kingston hyperX 1333 MHz 8GB

Try the sticks in 1-3 from CPU, is this a single set or individual sticks out of different packages

Might check the cooler then, loosen it just a bit and try, if no joy then sounds like bent pins and might have a stick that was slightly loose in socket or had a bit of a power surge to slot 1 or 2
