I have an Akasa cooler rated for 115W cpus. Will it be sufficiant for an i7 3770k OC'd to 4GHz?

I just purchased a 3770k and I thought I would tweak it up to around the turbo speed of 3.9-4GHz.
I own a better-than-OEM cooler (Akasa 959-CU) which is rated for heat dispersal up to 115 watts.
Will this adequately protect my CPU running at constant turbo speed? Thank you.

It will be fine to run your CPU with this cooler. But I suggest to spare a few bucks and buy a good Liquid Cooling system as most overclockers do!I will decrease the temperature and make your CPU more stable while overclocking! :D
