hi everyone !

((( i am french so i am sorry for the verb times and other error in my text, please let me know if im wrong somewhere )))

i am pretty sure that there are TONS of post like mines on the web, i have read alot of them, but reading people advice without knowing what i'm talking about is like asking a dyslexic person to read a book ... so i need some help here !

i have some basic experience on overclocking ( with msi afterburner ) and some basic hardware knowledge like plugging my hdd-sddd, formating, solving some trouble here and there but ... i need some solid advice on building my first hardocre gaming rigs for the next 3-4 maybe 5 next years and lets start here,

for now i have read here and there about mobo's, graphic card and other so here a list of some parts i'd like to add in my tower and want you to tell me if i'm wrong somewhere in my build

i already own a 1tb hdd 64mb cache at 7200 rpm and a samsung 840 evo ssd 120 gb, if my rigs isnt too expensive i might go for a 500gb 840 evo ssd !!!

--PROCESSOR-- : Intel core i7-4930K IVY BRIDGE-E 3.4 LGA 2011 six core // 584.99$ //
( no idea of the cooling i could use on this for mamteur overclocking )

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
--MOTHERBOARD--: ASUS SABERTOOTH X79 LGA2011 // 339.99 //
ASUS RAMPAGE IV BLACK EDITION LGA 2011 intel X79 //499,99 //
EXTENDED ATX
( i just canl't tell wich one would be best for me with my experience in ocing and the fact that i won't go 3-4 way SLI ... maybe only 2 way SLI later )

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
--GRAPHICS CARDS --: EVGA 780 ACX cooling // 579,99 //
MSI GAMING or LIGHTNING edition 780 // 589.99 //
or EVGA 780ti SUPERCLOCKED // 750,00 //

( can't tell wich one i would take, the ti one look's great but is it worth 250 bucks for only 250 cyda cores more ??? )
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

--POWERSUPPLY-- : actually i have no idea where to go with this sicne i don't know if i'll use watercooling or anything that couyld draw more power then the original setup.. so i was thinking of getting a 1000W full modular power supply... would it be ebough ?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
--MEMORY RAMS-- : i don't know alot abouyt memory but i know that this one would do a good job with my build

G.SKILL RIPJAWS X series 2x8 240 pin DDR3 2133 (pc3 17000) is it ok you think ?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

and last but not the less i would fit all of this in a NZXT PHANTOM RED STEEL FULL ATX or BLACK FINISH n ORANGE case

or a really huge antec one i've seen with plenty of drive bays with front panels around 170$ to 130$

my build could go around 2000 to 2.5 or 2.8k

do you guys think all the described item above would make a great playing rigs for the next few years or, is it overkill or not enough, i am eager to know whats you opinion on this !

$2500 whats? (usd? euro? franc?)

also what websites will you be buying from? what games do you want to play at what resolution?

personally my thoughts are that going 4930k and x79 is a complete waste of money. you would be better off going with a high end motherboard 4770k and z87 haswell build.

get back to me on the currency, websites and what games at what resolution.

Actually its CAN// Usd currency !

I am actually wishing of being able to run bf4 at ultra res with a stable 60 fps or playing skyrim, crysis, and other beautiful game at ultra setting with a 60 fps,

i Will buy most of my parts from newegg, tigerdirect, mem express or any other site that could have the best deal !

Thanks for answering ;)
