Upgrading MOBO, Reusing OEM

hey guys, im uprgading my mobo (different make and model) , would be able to reuse my oem windows 7? and install it on to the upgraded mobo?

Not allowed under the license. OEM is tied to the first computer it is installed on (Microsoft considers the motherboard to be the computer) and cannot be transferred to another. You are allowed to change out a motherboard in case of failure, but it has to be the same make/model.

You can use the CD, however, you'll need to purchase a new license key for the new computer, you cannot reuse the old one.
