i need to find out how to reset a password on a toshiba touchscreen C55t-A5222

im in need of trying to find a way into my grandsons computer he had just got it for christmas and we were in the process of backing up the password when the electricity went out and the computer shut down.....and now when he tries to use the one he thought it was and now when he tries it not working so we need to change it beings it won t let us in to reset the password
