So I have a system build I need help with. I am getting a new GPU with some money I received over the holidays. Currently I'm running the following:

Operating System
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU
AMD A10-5800K
Trinity 32nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 687MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
MSI FM2-A75MA-P33 (MS-7721) (P0)
Graphics
DELL 1907FP (1280x1024@60Hz)
L197 Wide (1440x900@60Hz)
768MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7660D (MSI)
Hard Drives
466GB Seagate ST500DM0 02-1BD142 SATA Disk Device (SATA)

(I also have a Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus as my after market heat cooler, and 5 Apevia ( i think thats how you spell it) blue LED fans)

I'm able to power all of this with my 400W PSU but I'm trying to decide what card to get. GTX660 FTW edition, Radeon HD 7870, R9 270 or a GTX760 (if i can run it). Let me know if i can run them, or not, let me know which one is best for the price range and any good alternatives (no more than $250 (USD) please!)

here is a page that shows recommended PSU wattage for vaious GPU(s):

I understand the "recommended PSU" idea but thats with many things that some assume everyone just has. I'm running a bare bone pc requiring as little wattage as possible which is why i ask this question.

Off of 400W I wouldn't go above a 7870 or 660, and you don't need the FTW edition. You can snag a good corsair power supply for $50 right now with rebates. Could I recommend an i3 series CPU as you don't need good integrated graphics.

This is my current build. I went with an APU build because when i built this back in august i didnt have the money to afford a GPU. Now that the holidays have rolled around i have gotten a couple more bucks. The 7660D plays most games on a lower res with med graphics but it's time for me to get a real graphics card with some power behind it. Is there a significant power difference between the FTW and the non FTW? I was wanting the FTW edition not because of the higher clock speed but because of the dual fans and nice appeal to me. I dont think the slightly higher clock speed is really negligible at my resolutions. So long as the power is the same, i feel like sticking with the FTW editions.

a 660 ftw won't run off 400W.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - same item just without the FTW. All the FTW does is add 1GB of vram which YOU DON'T NEED, it sounds cool but you 100% don't need it. Put that $60 buck towards a corsair 600W PSU.
