I was wondering if my computer could run BF4 on Ultra at 40+ fps

Recently cashed out off Team Fortress 2 and I bought this computer:

Motherboard : Gigabyte F2A55M-HD2
CPU : AMD FM2 A8 6600K APU Quad Core CPU 3.9Ghz (turbo 4.2Ghz) Black Editon
Hard Drive : 1tb Sata Hard Drive
Memory : 16gb DDR3 1600mhz Corsair Vengeance Memory
Graphics Card : Nvidia GTX 760 2gb

Could it play games like BF4 or Crysis 3 on Ultra setting and if so how fast?

You could certainly play them at ultra settings but I doubt you would get a playable frame rate. The 2 games you mentioned are VERY demanding of both the CPU and GPU. You might get the best results with that system playing those games at medium to high settings. It all depends on what your tolerance is as far as frame rate goes.

What fram rates would you estimate at Ultra and High?

It will have pretty decent frame rates for both those games at fairly high settings.
The multi player part of Battlefield 4 is very CPU dependent so it might struggle slightly on that but it will be fine on single player. I've posted a CPU and a graphics chart for battlefield 4
