1000 CAD for a new Desktop

Hello, i just wanted to know if you guys know what is the best deal right now in canada for a Desktop PC and a Display. I got this PC right now http://www.costco.ca/HP-Envy-700-109cb%2c-Bilingual-Desktop%2c-i7-4770%2c-23-in.-LED.product.100084285.html

is it a good deal? or should i just keep the one i have.
Any other suggestions for PCs are welcomed.
ill use my computer to play games(FIFA, F1) and do work(programming)

with both units your going to have to replace the power supply and add a video card if your going to game. the case size may limit the cards cpu length. my self i drop down to a 4670k and put a gaming card in a pre built gaming rig.
